Randy has served in ministry for over 40 years. He was a pastor of three congregations and a Judicatory Executive for 20 years. Currently, he works as a coach assisting congregations with revitalization for missional life.
Sandi Evans Rogers
Sandi Evans Rogers has over 30 years of leadership experience in the faith community, developing and enhancing innovative and creative spiritual formation opportunities, ministry programs and organizational structures.
Sandi earned a BA in Church Ministries and Psychology from Averett College in Danville, Virginia and the Masters of Divinity with emphasis in Religious Education from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, Wake Forest, NC. She has served Virginia and Tennessee churches in various ministerial and pastoral roles and currently serves as Associate Pastor for Christian Formation at Frederick Church of the Brethren, Frederick, MD.
She was ordained at First Baptist Church (1980) in Alexandria, Virginia and Frederick Church of the Brethren (2010). She and her husband, David, have two sons, Jesse and Reed.
Amy Bradsher has been married to her best friend David for eleven years. Together they’re raising daughter, Andi, and son, Luke, in a tiny North Carolina town. A certified teacher, Amy left life in public school to be at home with her family and now teaches a church youth group, several kids’ book clubs, a writing club, and homeschools. Between lessons, Amy writes through her blog, A Nest in the Rocks, searches for chocolate, and enjoys the adventure of life with Jesus.
Noel S. Naff
Noel S. Naff is a 2004 Bethany Theological Seminary Graduate with a M.Div. with a emphasis in youth and young adult ministry. He currently serves as the pastor of Mount Hermon Church of the Brethren in Henry County, Virginia. He is a mentor and confidant of many pastors in and out of the Church of the Brethren and serves as Chair of the Witness Commission for the Virlina District. Recently, he has been a speaker and been called to serve in leadership roles for workshops and seminars on discipleship, evangelism, and eschatological studies.
Noel has a deep passion in the areas of culture coding, sanctification, and re-envisioning radical discipleship for the church.
Having co-authored five books related to Church revitalization, Fred is a well-known speaker and facilitator of workshops on the topics of hospitality and faith-sharing for congregations around the United States. He brings 42 years of pastoral experience and was a past Annual Conference Moderator for his denomination.
Fred currently is employed part-time with Bethany Theological Seminary and serves on the Executive Advisory Team of the E³ Ministry Group, LLC.
Jeremy is sought by many congregations and church leaders for his innovation and creativity in effecting a new paradigm in congregational life and vitality. He brings broad experience in embracing and engaging community, with pastoral and church experience in rural, suburban and urban settings. His passion and charisma has helped launch and facilitate congregational culture change through engaging, vibrant ministries with children, youth and young adults.
He currently serves as pastor of Circle of Peace Church of the Brethren in suburban Phoenix, AZ. He also serves as a writer, consultant and member of the Executive Advisory Team of the E³ Ministry Group, LLC.
For more than 20 years John was the CEO of a successful contracting business, engaged in community leadership and extensive non-profit board experience. He has transitioned from the business and now devotes his gifts and energy to a calling to the pastoral ministry and revitalizing congregations. John has designed and developed the Discovering The Master’s PlanTM congregational revitalization process that engages a church in effective tools and exercises for impacting spiritual growth and vitality.
John is pastor of Lake Side Church of the Brethren, a new church plant in Moneta, VA, and is President of E³ Ministry Group, LLC.
